BY MAIL:
Personal checks or money orders should be made payable to Gateway Healthcare. If you would like to designate your donation to a specific fund or program, please indicate the program name on the memo line of your check or money order.

ONLINE DONATIONS:
Gateway Healthcare is linked up to Network for Good to receive online donations using a major credit card. Simply click on the MAKE A DONATION button below and follow the easy steps. If you would like to donate to a specific program, you can do one of the following:
- Click on the MAKE A DONATION button below and indicate the program or services you would like to donate to in the "Designation" section of the online form, or.
- Simply go to the specific program page on the website and click the MAKE A DONATION button on that page. This will automatically designate the program you would like to donate to.
