Crisis/Emergency Services

Our crisis/emergency services department delivers around-the-clock emergency services, assessment and crisis intervention. Now linked to the Kristen Brooks Hope Center's National Hopeline Network and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, the program can be accessed anytime, from anywhere.

Elder Services/Support Groups

The crisis department also provides specialized services for the aging population in the Pawtucket and Central Falls area. In-home mental health assessments are available. Support Groups for those caring for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or Parkinson's Disease are coordinated through our Elder Services Coordinator.

Intake/Screening Department

The Intake Department operates from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Screening clinicians are available to answer questions and take information from callers seeking services through Gateway Healthcare. If needed, face-to-face screenings are also scheduled through the intake department.
